Find your Chosen Webpages
You have probably already put your chosen webpages into your web browser 'favourites' or 'bookmark' list. To be notified when each of these gets updated, request an update alert for each of their web addresses. To identify the web address associated with your favourites / bookmarks do the following:
If your PC is running a Windows operating system:
Internet Explorer: Click on the 'Favourites' menu, then right click on your chosen web page and select 'properties'. Copy the text given in the 'Url:' and this can then be pasted into the subject line of your email to us.
Netscape Navigator: Click on the 'Bookmarks' menu, then right click on your chosen web page and select 'properties'. Copy the text given in the 'location:' and this can then be pasted into the subject line of your email to us.
Firefox: Click on the 'Favourites menu, then right click on your chosen web page and select 'properties'. Copy the text given in the 'location' and this can then be pasted into the subject line of your email to us.

Your chosen webpage contains "Frames"
If the information you require is on a website that contains frames:
If viewing with Netscape or Firefox Browsers: Right click on the part of the site that contains your chosen information and select the option "This Frame : Open Frame in New Tab". Having done this copy the address of the resultant html page given in the address bar
